Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?18~65 years old (including both ends); ?BMI=25 and body fat percentage =25% for men and =35% for women; ? Volunteer to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Alcoholic fatty liver disease, chronic viral hepatitis, drug induced liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, hepatolenticular degeneration, hereditary antitrypsin-1 deficiency, and a history of decompensated liver disease can lead to secondary fatty liver disease, impaired glucose tolerance, and dyslipidemia. ? Use of probiotics, prebiotics or postbiotics supplements and use of antibiotics that can affect the gut microbiotawithin the past 3 month; ? In the past 3 months, take liver protection drugs, lipid-regulating and hypoglycemic drugs or other drugs that may affect the experimental results of weight loss and fat loss; ?Uncontrolled cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, chronic liver failure and malignancies, as well as the presence of active infections, pregnancy or breastfeeding.
