18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The age of patient is between 18 years and 80 years; (2) No contraindication to general anesthesia and laparoscopic hepatectomy; (3) liver function was evaluated as Child A or B; (4) patients with laparoscopic Hemi-Right Hepatectomy or Hemi-Left Hepatectomy; (3) The surgical indications include benign tumors, malignant tumors, liver transplant donors, hepatolithiasis, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Tumor invades the hilar of the liver; (2) LLRs combined with other major-related operations except cholecystectomy (such as splenectomy); (3) Reconstructive surgery after laparoscopic hepatectomy (including bile ducts, portal veins, arteries); (4) Previous history of major upper abdominal surgery.
