Interactive motion sensing game group:The interactive motion sensing game group was trained for 3 months.
aerobic exercise group :The aerobic exercise group underwent aerobic dance training for 3 months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 60 years; (2) Normal cognitive function based on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score, with scores of =19 for illiterate participants, =22 for those with primary education, and =26 for those with middle school education or above; (3) Completion of the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) without any restrictions on exercise due to related diseases; (4) Normal visual and auditory functions, no lower limb injuries within the past six months, and no vigorous exercise within 24 hours before participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cognitive impairment (MMSE score below normal values); (2) History of neurological diseases (such as Parkinson's disease or stroke); (3) Other health issues that may affect exercise capacity (e.g., acute joint pain, mobility disorders), or inability to complete intervention tests and experiments due to subjective or objective reasons. A total of 72 older adults who met the experimental requirements participated in the testing (baseline characteristics of the participants are described in the results section).
