Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Population living in the plateau area: meet the three generations of relatives living in the plateau area (altitude = 3,000 meters); 2.Healthy people who have no obvious abnormality in the physical examination at the Physical Examination Center of Changdu People's Hospital; 3.Agree and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who require assistance to walk; 2. suffering from any disease that affects the subject's ability to exercise: after major trauma to the locomotor system, stroke, neuromuscular disease, peripheral vascular disease, skeletal muscle dysfunction, claudication, cognitive impairment, arthritis, cardiac disease; 3. taking medications that may affect exercise; 4. a history of respiratory disease within the past month; 5. basal systolic blood pressure = 140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure = 90 mmHg or resting heart rate > 100 beats/min or 40kg/m2.
