18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18 years old = Age = 65 years old;BMI = 30kg/m ²; 2. Hospitalized patients who plan to undergo elective thoracoscopic lung surgery; 3. ASA level I-III; 4. Have good communication and written understanding skills; 5. Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 2. According to the ASA Difficult Airway Management Guidelines before surgery, the airway was evaluated and determined to be a difficult airway; 3. Respiratory infections; 4. Hypoxemia or (and) hypercapnia; 5. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 6. Concomitant mental system diseases; 7. Opioid drug dependence
