Painless gastroscopy for high-risk patients with difficult airways

Interventions

Namifen group :Namefene 0.25ug/kg pre injected 5 minutes in advance

Blank group:Preinjection of 0.25ug/kg physiological saline 5 minutes in advance

25 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mallampati III-IV ,no severe liver,kidney,or heart disease, no history of opioid allergy, no history of drug use

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with contraindications to narcotic drugs, in pregnancy or lactation ,drugs users, mental disorders or neurological diseases
