Interventions

Intervention grop:New exercise therapy program is started 2 weeks after surgery.
Control group:Routine exercise therapy program is started 1 month after surgery.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with temporomandibular joint anterior disc displacement without reduction confirmed by MRI. 2.The surgical method is arthroscopic discopexy. 3.When the patient was reviewed 1 week after surgery, the doctor assessed that the wound healed well, and the MRI report showed that the articular disc had been reset. 4.Clear minded and able to cooperate to complete exercise therapy movements. 5.Patients or family members use Wechat daily. 6.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous or concurrent systemic diseases that may affect the prognosis of joint function, such as ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc 2.Combined with temporomandibular joint disc perforation 3.Previous surgical treatment of jaw and articular disc
