Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? The diagnosis criteria of ST were met, and the disease was unilateral. ?Age: between 20 and 60 years old (including 20 and 60 years old). ? No Chinese and western medicine treatment related to ST was performed within one month before medical treatment, and no analgesics were taken for other reasons. ? The patient has normal mental and cognitive functions, can cooperate and complete the whole process of treatment, and voluntarily join and sign the informed consent. ? Can be treated with different acupuncture techniques, and there are no related contraindications.
Exclusion criteria

There are any contraindications related to acupuncture treatment; Handling patients with local skin damage. ?Pregnant or lactating women; Patients with a history of bleeding or coagulopathy. ? Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and hemiplegia; Patients with severe primary diseases of liver, kidney, endocrine system, etc.; Secondary to rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes and other systemic diseases. ? With other shoulder diseases, such as fracture, dislocation, biceps long head tendinitis and other shoulder soft tissue injuries.
