Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: >60 years old; Meets the diagnostic criteria for severe pneumonia; Expected hospital stay = 7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are contraindications for enteral nutrition, such as concurrent Crohn's disease, intestinal obstruction, and active gastrointestinal bleeding; Merge primary digestive system diseases or functional impairments; Existence of primary immunodeficiency; Patients with malignant tumors, acute coronary syndrome, and severe metabolic diseases; Reject participants.
