18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-60 years; 2) Weight less than or equal to 100 kg; 3) Plan to perform kidney transplant surgery at a later date; 4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are allergic to benzodiazepines or have a history of severe allergies and family history; 2) Patients using narcotic analgesics, sedatives or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 3) History of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease or myasthenia gravis; 4) Inability to communicate due to severe dementia or speech impairment; 5) Too slow, heart rate < 50 beats/min; 6) Blood gas, electrolyte disorders; Fat metabolism disorder; 7) Did not receive hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis within 24h before transplantation; 8) Unwilling to sign the informed consent and refuse to participate in this experiment.
