18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 years of age and above;(2) Have normal communication ability;(3) Functional kidney transplantation (without dialysis);(4) Have not participated in similar studies in recent one year;(5) Use a smart phone, install wechat APP, and have the habit of using wechat daily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) multiple or other organ transplant recipients;(2) A second or multiple transplant and (3) a diagnosis of a serious mental illness or cognitive impairment
