18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the Chinese and Western medical diagnostic criteria for Heat Toxic Type perianal abscess;(2) Age =18 and =60 years old, gender is not limited;(3) Not using other topical drugs for perianal abscess in the past 1 week;(4) Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or breastfeeding women, allergy and those who are allergic to the drugs involved in this study; (2) Previous history of perianal abscess, anal fistula and other surgical history, or obvious abnormal anal function; (3) Patients with other perianal diseases, such as mixed hemorrhoids and colorectal tumours; (4) Patients with inflammatory bowel disease, such as ulcerative colorectitis and Crohn's disease; (5) Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal and haematopoietic systems and psychiatric patients; (6) Patients with delayed wound healing due to infection with tuberculosis, diabetes mellitus, and various consumptive diseases and seeing moderate to severe malnutrition; (7) Participated in or are participating in other clinical trials in the month before enrolment.
