Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women meeting the definition and diagnostic criteria of GDM in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (2021 Edition)" and confirmed by a physician. (2) Age between 18 and 40 years old. (3) Singleton pregnancy at gestational weeks 24-28. (4) Good expression and communication skills. (5) Absence of consciousness and cognitive disorders, capable of completing questionnaires with the assistance of researchers. (6) Education level of junior high school or above. (7) Regular antenatal check-ups and possession of a comprehensive prenatal care handbook. (8) Willingness to participate in this study and provision of informed consent by the patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women with other concurrent complications. (2) History of genetic disorders, mental illnesses, or familial mental illnesses. (3) Pregnant women diagnosed with diabetes before gestational week 24. (4) Pregnant women receiving insulin therapy. (5) Pregnant women with twin or multiple pregnancies. (6) Pregnant women participating in research on health education other than routine health education.
