Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Preoperative T stage diagnosis of gastric cancer (1) Gastric cancer was pathologically diagnosed by gastroscopic biopsy; (2) No history of allergy to intravenous contrast agents; (3) Complete CT imaging examination; (4) Complete radical gastrectomy after admission; (5) neoadjuvant therapy for gastric cancer was not performed before surgery; (6) No previous history of other malignant tumors; B. Prognostic prediction of adjuvant therapy for gastric cancer (1) Gastric cancer was pathologically diagnosed by gastroscopic biopsy; (2) No history of allergy to intravenous contrast agents; (3) neoadjuvant therapy for gastric cancer was not performed before surgery; (4) Complete radical gastrectomy after admission; (5) Postoperative adjuvant treatment for gastric cancer; (6) No previous history of other malignant tumors; C. Evaluation and prediction of neoadjuvant therapy for gastric cancer (1) Gastric cancer was pathologically diagnosed by gastroscopic biopsy; (2) No history of allergy to intravenous contrast agents; (3) neoadjuvant therapy for gastric cancer was performed before surgery; (4) Complete radical gastrectomy after neoadjuvant therapy; (5) No previous history of other malignant tumors

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) BMI=24; (2) Acute gastric dilation, gastric retention, severe intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal perforation or suspected gastrointestinal perforation; (3) Lack of follow-up; (4) Poor quality of ultrasounic and CT images.
