35 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. AIDS patients receiving antiviral treatment for a minimum of 24 months, (with no prior diagnosis of lower limb osteoarthritis before medication initiation); 2. Aged between 35 and 75 years; 3. Willing to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of lower limb sports injuries; 2. Abnormal lower limb development; 3. Lower limb deformities or history of lower limb fractures; 4. Significant limitation in daily activities or significantly lower activity levels than the average; 5. Severe systemic diseases; 6. Pre-existing lower limb joint dysfunction prior to AIDS diagnosis; 7. Unequal leg length on both sides; 8. History of lower limb surgical infections; 9. History of intra-articular injections; 10. Rheumatoid arthritis or other inflammatory arthritis; 11. Paget's disease; 12. Pigmented villonodular synovitis; 13. Joint infections; 14. Osteochondroma; 15. Gout; 16. Osteopetrosis; 17. Other diseases affecting lower limb function; 18. Inability to complete the questionnaire; 19. Inability to complete imaging examinations. 20. previous changes in AIDS medication treatment regimens.
