Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =65 years old 2. ASA grade I-III 3. Patients undergoing mechanical ventilation under general anesthesia 4. Patients undergoing hip and knee replacement at selected time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery 2. The patient refused to participate in the experiment or could not sign the informed consent 3. Cognitive dysfunction was present before surgery 4. Preoperative history of restless leg syndrome, periodic limb movement disorder, and obstructive sleep apnea 5. Surgery time is later than 16:00 6. Missing watch data
