18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy followed by first chemotherapy; b.18 = age < 59 years; c.Married and living in residence with spouse; d. Breast cancer clinical stage I-IV; e. Patients and spouses are aware of the disease and participate in the study voluntarily; f. dyadic coping scale score less than 111.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Those who have a combination of other serious illnesses, such as heart failure, liver and kidney insufficiency; b. Those with mental illnesses that prevent them from communicating normally; c. Divorced or widowed; d. Breast cancer patients who have lost their visits or withdrawn in the middle of the program.
