60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =60 years old; (2) FRAIL scale score =3 points; (3) Short Physical Performance Battery score 4-6 points; (4) Have no comprehension, hearing, or visual impairment, and can communicate effectively with researchers; (5) Informed consent to the intervention content and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those diagnosed with cognitive impairment, Alzheimer's disease or other mental illness; (2) Patients with acute myocardial infarction or recent unstable angina pectoris; poorly controlled arrhythmia; stripped aortic aneurysm; severe aortic stenosis; endocarditis/acute pericarditis; poorly controlled hypertension; acute thromboembolism; acute or severe heart failure; acute or severe respiratory failure; poorly controlled postural hypotension; poorly controlled hypoglycemia or decompensated diabetes mellitus; fractures in the past month; (3) People who do not live in the community for a long time; (4) Elderly people who also participated in other intervention studies.
