Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for dry eye; ? Age 18 to 75 years old; ? Clear consciousness and clear thinking, patients have good communication skills with others. ? The patient's informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Angular conjunctivitis, iritis, wheat granuloma and other ocular surface diseases; ? Suffering from a variety of diseases: bacterial, fungal, and viral infections, etc. ? Those with a history of mental illness who cannot communicate normally. ? Have skin diseases or systemic diseases around the eyes, such as systemic lupus erythematosus; ? Patients with hemorrhagic diseases, coagulation disorders and other contraindications to scraping; ? Have a history of eye-related surgery or eye trauma in the past 3 months; ? During pregnancy and lactation; ? Other major systemic diseases; ? Patients with poor adherence cannot actively cooperate with the completion of this observation treatment protocol on time. Those who meet any of the above requirements shall be excluded.
