20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 20-80 years; 2. With intact anterior chest skin sensation; 3. ASA class I-III ; 4.Patients scheduled for elective open heart surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI 30 kg/m2; 2. Impaired communication and comprehension; 3. History of allergy to local anaesthetics; 4. Spinal deformity, peripheral neuropathy and abnormal spinal cord function.
