16 Years to 99 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) pathologically confirmed diagnosis of locally advanced rectal cancer; (2) pre-NCT and post-NCT MRI scans available within one week prior to the initiation of NCT and surgery, respectively; and (3) complete clinical and pathologic information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients had previously received anticancer treatment or had other concurrent malignancies; (2) patients did not complete the entire course of NCT or did not undergo radical surgery; and (3) MRI quality was insufficient (serious motion, aliasing or rippling artefacts).
