Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age 18-59 years old; ? After undergoing open chest surgery in cardiac surgery; ?Consciousness, good reading, writing and communication skills; ? Informed consent to voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? history of psychosomatic illness or cognitive impairment or mental retardation caused by craniocerebral trauma, unable to correctly understand the content of the questionnaire; ? hearing or speech impairment; ? physical disability prior to admission, unable to take care of himself/herself
