Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years; (2) In line with the diagnostic criteria of various major cerebrovascular diseases in China in 2019, acute onset, acute stroke lesions were confirmed by head CT or MRI; ? At admission, Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score =8 points or National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score =17 points; ? Hospitalized in ICU after admission; ? Have primary caregivers. Primary caregiver inclusion criteria: ? age =18 years; (2) A family member who is responsible for the patient's primary care and non-employment relationship after the patient is transferred out of the ICU, including but not limited to parents, spouses, children (daughter-in-law, son-in-law), brothers and sisters, etc. (when there are multiple caregivers at the same time, choose the family member who has taken care of the patient for the longest time); 3) Good reading comprehension and communication skills; ? Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? complicated with other serious diseases, such as malignant tumor, heart failure, kidney failure, etc. Primary caregiver exclusion criteria: ? have participated in relevant researchers; There are serious chronic diseases (malignant tumors, heart failure, respiratory failure, etc.).
