Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1 )serum total bilirubin concentration > 205 µmol/L (12 mg/dl) , premature infants > 256 µmol/L (15 mg/dl) . (2) newborns with gestational age =35 weeks. (3) brain MRI was performed within 10 days after admission. (4) the clinical diagnosis was bilirubin encephalopathy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)children with intrauterine infection or hypoglycemia; (2) children with intracranial hemorrhage or congenital brain malformation; (3) those accompanied with neonatal asphyxia; (4)patients with congenital nervous system disorders or metabolic diseases; (5 )poor image quality, sequence incomplete image.
