Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 4 ~ 12 years old hospitalized children undergoing surgery, ASA grade I - II; 2 Thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor surgery; 3 Children without pulmonary dysfunction before surgery; 4 The legal guardian of the child signs the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 The legal guardian refuses to participate in the study; 2 Children who returned to PICU with tube after operation; 3 Children with thoracotomy; 4 Children with thoracic malformations; 5 Children who have undergone multiple operations; 6 children who are developmentally delayed and unable to communicate with language; 7 Children with infection or rupture at the puncture site; 8 Children with abnormal coagulation function.
