Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =12 years old and ASA grade ?-?; ? Patients undergoing orthopedic surgery under intraspinal anesthesia; ? Patients who have passed the review of ethics committee and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who refused to participate in the study; ? Patients who refuse intraspinal anesthesia or have contraindications; ? Patients with severe dementia, speech disorder, coma and other conditions that cannot be evaluated
