Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Retrospective collection: 1) unit from 2018 to 2023 had white light endoscopic images, ultrasound images of intestinal structure and matching pathological findings; Prospective inclusion criteria: 2) Patients aged 18 years or older who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University between 2024-4 and 2026-6 were diagnosed or suspected to have IBD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) previous gastrointestinal surgery; 2) Combined pregnancy; 3) Severe intestinal obstruction or perforation.
