Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having at least one high-risk factor for PONV includes no history of smoking, a history of PONV, a history of motion sickness, or the need for opioid analgesia after surgery. There was no abnormality of liver and kidney function before surgery; no coagulation disorder; no local skin infection; no recent history of myocardial infarction, abnormal cardiac excitation conduction; no glaucoma, goiter, hypertension, coronary heart disease; and the patient was cooperative without mental disorder.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and postpartum women, lactating women, patients with psychoneurological diseases, pacemakers, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and patients with contraindications to ropivacaine and lidocaine.
