Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range from 18 to 65 years old; 2) Starting from August 1, 2016 to July 31, 2023, the first ART will be accepted; 3) HIV diagnosis report issued by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention; 4) Has not received ART treatment before enrollment; 5) CD4+T cell count = 350 before receiving ART treatment, with a record of virus load testing; 6) The exposed group must have a methamphetamine urine test confirmation report, and the non exposed group's HIV infection route does not include injection of drugs and there is a record of drug abuse in the basic information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Active opportunistic infection before receiving ART treatment; 2) Concomitant severe comorbidities before starting ART treatment; 3) Other, incomplete baseline indicators or basic information in medical records; 5) There are significant abnormalities in blood routine and liver and kidney function; 6) The exposed group of patients had previously mixed and abused multiple drugs.
