Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of the case group: ? All patients met the diagnostic criteria for stroke and were confirmed by craniocerebral CT or MRI; ? The patient was conscious and had no serious cognitive impairment, and can cooperate to complete the swallowing evaluation; ? Videofluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS) or swallow evaluation by Fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES) showed impaired swallwing safety, grade PAS grade =3. The inclusion criteria of the control group: ? All patients met the diagnostic criteria for stroke and were confirmed by brain CT or MRI examination; ? The patient was conscious and had no serious cognitive impairment, and the process of swallowing angiography was completed actively; ? Videofluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS) or swallow evaluation by Fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES) showed that the safety of swallowing was not impaired, and the PAS grade was < 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of case group and control group: ? with heart, lung, liver, kidney and other vital organs dysfunction; ? other diseases affecting the swallowing function (previous nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy, head and neck cancer and oral cancer surgery or other head and neck structural lesions); ? History of dysphagia.
