Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Patients meet the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure in 2018; ?The New York Heart Association (NYHA) Functional Classification was ? or ?; ?Patients aged 18 years or older; ?Patients do not suffer from serious diseases of other organs; ?Patients who are conscious and could communicate in a normal way; ?Patients who take part in this study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Hospital stay less than 3 days; ? History of mental illness or cognitive impairment; ? Participants have to be terminated due to disease diagnosis and changes; ? Those who are unable to move due to severe physical activity impairment or other major diseases.
