18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age range from 18 to 35 years old; ? The patient is healthy and has no systemic diseases; ? Horizontal, mesial, or vertical impacted maxillary wisdom teeth, completely buried in the bone; ? If the tooth root is adjacent to the maxillary sinus, there is no mucosal lesion in the maxillary sinus, and there is no maxillary sinus perforation during surgery; ? Second molars have no untreated or untreated periodontal diseases, and no full crown restorations; ? CBCT shows that the second molar has a lower mesial enamel cementum boundary than the lower boundary of pterygoid process fissure
