Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants aged 18 or above with pathologically diagnosed with GC (cervical, uterine, ovarian, vaginal, or vulvar cancer); 2. Participants who are receiving chemotherapy or chemoradiotherapy and the treatment will last for at least six weeks; 3. With an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0-2 (ambulatory >50% of time); 4. Have no contraindications to exercise (e.g., venous thrombosis, thrombocytopenia, active infection); 5. Able to use a mobile phone, tablet or computer; 6. Be able to understand, speak and read Mandarin Chinese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Current participation in any other yoga, exercise, or psychological program; 2. Scheduled to receive surgery during the intervention period; 3. Have severe complications or unstable medical condition that prevents them from participating in yoga; 4. Diagnosed with mental disorders.
