Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for sepsis; (2) Meet the AGI diagnostic criteria; (3) Meet the TCM diagnostic criteria for gastrointestinal injury; (4) Age =18 years old; (5) Voluntary or family members agree to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Gastrointestinal functional impairment/impairment not caused by sepsis; (2) Patients who are not willing to actively cooperate with treatment (such as: refusing to intubate, insert stomach/urinary tube, etc.); (3) Patients diagnosed with gastrointestinal malignancies or other advanced malignancies; (4) Patients without enteral feeding conditions; (5) Patients who do not have bladder pressure measurement conditions (such as bladder injury or contracture, urethral stenosis and rupture, etc.); (6) Pregnant or lactating patients.
