Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: As part of the inclusion criteria for this study, nursing interns were selected if they met specific requirements. Specifically, these nursing interns had to be affiliated with a teaching hospital, have successfully completed a four-year undergraduate nursing program, commenced their clinical practice, be aged 18 years or older, and express their willingness to participate in the study by providing informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Excluded nursing interns who prematurely terminated their internship or were unable to engage in the clinical assessment activities of the internship department.
