Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inpatient cases of Marfan Syndrome in the Ophthalmology Department of our hospital from April 1, 2014, to April 1, 2024. Patients were aged between 18 and 80 years old, with no other lens-related diseases, and had not undergone any lens-related surgeries or drug treatments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant individuals. Those with other concurrent lens diseases. Individuals who have undergone lens-related surgeries or received lens-related drug treatments.
