Interventions

Nasal catheter oxygen group (group A):After the tracheal tube was removed, the patients were given nasal oxygen inhalation for 2L/min.
NIPPV group (group B):After the tracheal tube was removed, the patients were given NIPPV.
SNIPPV group (C group):After the tracheal tube was removed, the patients were given SNIPPV.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Neonates undergoing thoracoscopic surgery with bronchial occlusion and one-lung ventilation; (2) There were no obvious contraindications for anesthesia and operation; (3) American Association of Anesthesiologists class I to III; (4) Age less than 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)The inner diameter of tracheal intubation is less than 3.0 mm; (2) Pulmonary CT or ultrasound before operation showed atelectasis; (3) Intraoperative ventilation mode was changed to bilateral lung ventilation; (4) Respiratory and circulatory system dysfunction.;(5) Those who refuse to participate in research projects.

Heart rate (HR) and respiratory rate (RR) at the time of extubation (T1);Oxygenation index (PaO2/FiO2 ratio), alveolar arterial oxygen pressure difference (AaDO2) and carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaCO2) at the time of extubation (T1).;Heart rate (HR) and respiratory rate (RR) at 24 hours (T2) after tracheal intubation.;Oxygenation index (PaO2/FiO2 ratio), alveolar arterial oxygen pressure difference (AaDO2) and carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaCO2) 24 hours after tracheal intubation.;T1 and T2 bedside ultrasound and chest radiograph atelectasis score;
