A1:Propofol injection: 1:1 ratio of etomidate injection was applied to elderly patients with painless gastroenteroscopy.
A2:Propofol injection: 2:1 ratio of etomidate injection was applied to elderly patients with painless gastroenteroscopy.
A3:Propofol injection: 3:1 ratio of etomidate injection was applied to elderly patients with painless gastroenteroscopy.
P:Propofol injection is used in elderly patients with painless gastroenteroscopy.
E:Etomidate injection is used in elderly patients with painless gastroenteroscopy.

60 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =60 years old; 2) The patient met the criteria of the Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I ~ II; 3) Patients undergoing painless gastroenteroscopy; 4) Patients who can communicate normally and agree to enroll.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) People with mental illness; 2) People with allergies; 3) People with intellectual disabilities; 4) People with communication disabilities; 5) Can not tolerate anesthesia; 6) Patients with severe organ dysfunction; 7) Patients participating in similar medical studies.
