Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? right-handed; ? outpatients or inpatients with depression diagnosed using Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-5 (SCID-5) by physicians with psychiatrist qualification and more than 5 years of clinical work experience; ? age 12-45 years old, men and women are not limited; ? familiar with the Chinese language, primary school education or above, and able to use Putonghua to communicate normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) the right hand has a disability, disease and other objective factors affecting the writing; (2) previous or current organic brain diseases such as epilepsy, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's disease; (3) depression due to organic mental disorders; (4) suffering from clinically significant or unstable diseases, including liver, kidney, gastrointestinal, respiratory, cardiovascular, endocrine, hematological, neurological, urogenital, musculoskeletal (4) clinically significant or unstable diseases, including liver, kidney, gastrointestinal, respiratory, cardiovascular, endocrine, haematological, neurological, urogenital, musculoskeletal, etc.; (5) currently in a state of serious psychological crisis and in need of crisis intervention; (6) electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) in the last 3 months; (7) substance abuse or dependence; (8) inability to cooperate with the completion of the study or withdrawal.
