Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who also met the following seven items were eligible for inclusion in this study: (1) meeting the diagnostic criteria for intractable insomnia; (2) aged between 18 and 65 years old (including 18 years old and 65 years old); (3) with a total PSQI score of >7; (4) able to independently complete the various rating scales; (5) with intact limbs, and with no scarring or ulceration of the skin in the well area affecting the measurements; (6) voluntarily taking part in this trial, the Patients or family members who signed the informed consent; (7) Strictly abide by the trial specifications and complete the treatment program of the researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded: (1) women who are breastfeeding or pregnant; (2) patients who cannot tolerate the stimulation of needling, are prone to needle fainting, or have needle allergies
