Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic pruritus and AD;(2)Age: 18~60 years old;(3)VAS score > 3;(4)Have not received any immunosuppressants and biological agents within 1 month;(4)Non-pregnant lactating female;(5) Informed consent, patients who sign the informed consent form, and volunteer to receive treatment, observation and various examinations through the discussion of the ethics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Itching caused by severe endocrine diseases, kidney diseases, and tumor-related diseases; (2) Patients with severe primary diseases and mental illnesses such as heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; (3) Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria; (4) Those who have used systemic immunosuppressants within 1 month; (5) Pregnant or lactating women; (6) Those who have not been treated according to the regulations, and cannot judge the efficacy, or incomplete data affect the efficacy or safety judgment; (7) The investigator believes that it is not suitable for enrollment.
