Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with acute lung injury in the Intensive Care Unit: (i) Age ?18 years old; (ii) BMI 18.5-30 kg/m2; (iii) Patients with acute lung injury with diagnosed intrapulmonary factors who received endotracheal intubation therapy; (iv) Oxygenation index (PaO2/Fi02) <300 mmHg; and (v) Signed informed consent. Inclusion criteria for elective surgery patients with good pulmonary function in the Anesthesia department: ? Age ?18 years old; ? BMI 18.5-30 kg/m2; ? Good lung function and intended to receive general anesthesia by tracheal intubation; ? Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients, family members, or legal guardians refused the test; ? Suffering from serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, and other chronic diseases, combined with acute and chronic cardiac insufficiency, and coagulation abnormalities; ? Did not complete the specimen collection.
