60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient aged 60 years or older 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Conditions I-III 3.Patient accepting varicose anesthesia gastroscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with combined cognitive impairment disorders 2.Uncontrolled heart failure with a history of myocardial infarction and unstable angina within the past 6 months 3.Severe arrhythmia and acute infection 4.Renal failure restricted fluid patients 5.In-patient 6.Emergency patient 7.Patients with intestinal obstruction 8.Non-revenue generating compression pressure<80mmHg 9.Severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome 10.Patients who experience respiratory depression during the examination and undergo tracheal intubation 11.Allergies to propofol, eggs, soybeans, or albumin 12.Lack of cooperation 13.Pregnancy or breastfeeding 14.Patients with unclear ultrasound images 15.Participated in other clinical studies within the past 3 months
