Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Elective surgery; (2) Patients requiring single lung ventilation for minimally invasive heart surgery; (3) Age 18-65 years old; (4) The heart function is grade ?-? (using the heart function grading method developed by the American College of Cardiology). (5) Voluntary participation and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Emergency surgery; (2) Patients with a previously diagnosed or suspected Airway difficulty (Mallampati airway Class SCORE of 3 or 4, airway opening degree less than 3.5 cm); (3) A history of cystic fibrosis, bronchiectasis, severe COPD or severe asthma; (4) Patients with full stomach and history of gastroesophageal reflux disease; (5) Pregnant and lactating women; (6) Researchers considered it inappropriate to be included in this study.
