Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 to 65 years old; (2) ASA physical status I-II; (3) undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy; (4) willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) allergy to related medication; (2) a history of surgery within the past 1 month; (3) patients with nervous system diseases or mental disorders; (4) unable to understand the Digital Rating Scale (NRS); (5) patients with untreated or poorly controlled hypertension (arterial hypertension, resting systolic/diastolic blood pressure > 180/100 mmHg); (6) patients with untreated or undertreated hyperthyroidism; (7) patients with unstable angina or myocardial infarction in the past 6 months; (8) high intraocular pressure (glaucoma) and penetrating ocular trauma, the intraocular pressure can not be increased.
