Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: Patients aged 50-75 years old; 2. Patients who require total hip replacement but have significant bone defects in the replacement area
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to metal implants; 2. Individuals with severe comorbidities or systemic assessment of intolerance to surgery; 3. Patients with hip joint infection or active infections in other parts of the body; 4. Patients with severe functional impairment in the lower limb joints (knee, ankle) other than the hip joint, which affects the evaluation; 5. Screening patients with a history of alcohol or drug abuse in the first 6 months; Pregnant or lactating women, or women who wish to conceive;
