Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =18 years; first occupational health physical examination during 2014-2030; complete baseline survey data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Significantly missing baseline survey information; expected to leave work within 1 year (unable to attend at least 1 follow-up visit).
