Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18- 65 years old, BMI > 25kg/m2 and diagnosed with fatty liver by liver ultrasound.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Other liver diseases: such as alcoholic liver disease, viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver disease, autoimmune hepatitis, etc; (2) Diabetes, hyperthyroidism, Cushing's syndrome and other diseases that affect glucose and lipid metabolism; (3) History of malignant tumors, history of rheumatic and immune system diseases, pregnancy status, and lactating women; (4) Renal function impairment: Male blood creatinine = 135 mol/L (1.5mg/dL), female blood creatinine = ll0 mol/L (1.3mg/dL); (5) Severe cardiovascular diseases, including myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, heart failure (NYHA grade: III or IV) within 6 months, uncontrolled hypertension: systolic blood pressure = 180mmHg, diastolic blood pressure = 100mmHg; (6) Individuals who have received weight loss treatment within 3 months; (7) Having bone and muscle diseases that make it difficult to exercise; (9) Use drugs that may interfere with the evaluation of exercise effects (such as cortisol, hepatoprotective drugs, etc.).
