18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: ASA Class I ~ II 2: Age: 18 ~ 65 years 3: BMI=30Kg / m2 4: No severe heart, liver and lung disease, no difficulty intubating 5: Patients scheduled for urological surgery under general anesthesia (supine position or lithotomy position).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: long-term use of high-dose sedatives 2: Alzheimer's disease and bradyarrhythmia 3: drug abuse and alcoholism have a history of mental illness and severe obesity 4: laparoscopic surgery or intraoperative need to change position 5: postoperative can not be immediately extubated
