Control group:Placebo+routine rehabilitation

55 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is 55~75 years old. 2. No serious heart and lung disease can tolerate surgery. 3. Conscious and stable. 4. All of them fill in the informed consent form and are willing to complete the whole experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to any component in the study nutritional supplement. 2. Cancer patients. 3. BMI=40kg/m2. 4. Sensory disorder or abnormality of lower limbs. 5. Malignant tumor of bone or soft tissue or peripheral neuropathy involving lower limbs.
